Radica started at HKUST — became the first company in the HKUST Entrepreneurship Center founded without a professor.

2002

Received research funding from the Hong Kong Government Innovation and Technology Commission for an AI-based Recommender Engine for mobile devices.

2004

Competed against HKCSL's BI Team on 3G service recommendations — out-performed a team of 6 BI analysts in conversion.

2005

Launch of Radica Intimate (RI) Enterprise Edition, delivering over 1 million personalised emails per hour.

2008

Became the market leader in email marketing SaaS in Hong Kong.

2009

Launched the Shanghai office.
